1. Website Use

You are responsible for confirming any decision with the appropriate licensed professional, insurance carrier, or authority having jurisdiction.

2. Estimates and Emergency Dispatch

Website forms, calculators, phone calls, and text messages do not create a binding service agreement by themselves. A project starts only after 911 Storm accepts the job and the customer approves the applicable scope, authorization, or work order. Emergency response times are based on crew availability, weather, road conditions, property access, and active loss conditions.

3. Insurance Billing

Direct insurance billing support is offered as a convenience to customers. Coverage, deductible amounts, sublimits, exclusions, and payment timing are controlled by your policy and carrier. You remain responsible for deductibles, uncovered work, denied claim items, upgrades, and any balance not paid by the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting service, you agree to provide accurate contact details, safe property access, known hazard information, and relevant insurance or claim information when applicable.

• Do not enter unsafe areas with standing water, electrical hazards, sewage, smoke residue, or structural instability.
• Preserve failed components, photos, videos, and documentation when it is safe to do so.
• Notify us promptly about carrier inspections, adjuster requests, changed site conditions, or access limits.

5. Photos, Documentation, and Communications

We may use photos, moisture readings, scope notes, invoices, and job documentation to perform work, communicate with you, support an insurance claim, comply with documentation standards, and maintain project records. We do not sell personal information. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Website Content

All website text, images, calculators, graphics, and page layouts are owned by 911 Storm or used with permission. You may link to public pages, but you may not copy, scrape, republish, or misrepresent our content as your own.

7. No Warranty for Website Availability
